    No, Currently we are not providing replacement, you can return the product and we issue a full refund for the same. You can order the replacement product again in order to get the correct product.

    Billebon accepts returns for bras and nightwear sets like pyjama, Kaftans, Babydoll, and shorts sets. You can refer to the return policy or contact us for more information on the same. We recommend you make purchases based on our size chart to avoid any inconvenience.

    We regret to inform you. It becomes more difficult for us to cancel/ change an order after   it has been dispatched. We would like to recommend that you cancel/change your order within 24 hours of placing it. For more details, please contact us at Support Portal. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse we cant cancel the order - You can reject the order once you receive the delivery.
  • Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?
    We would like to recommend that you can change the delivery address or mobile number before it gets dispatched from our end ( usually before 12 AM ) . For more details, please contact us at Support Portal.
  • How do I track my order once it is placed?
    Each order receives a tracking number before leaving the facility via Message and Email on your registered mobile number and Email Id. From the moment it leaves our doors to the time it reaches yours, you'll be updated about the location of your package.

  • My order has failed but my money has been debited from my account.    Now what should I do?
    If the money has been debited from your account then you should contact your bank, where you have made the payment, they will return your amount within 7 days.
